Classes

Fitness Exercise Designed for Individuals With Parkinson’s

All of our classes are designed to improve the overall health and the quality of life for people with Parkinson’s disease. These are held six days a week, each day with a different focus.

Mondays and Fridays are circuit training days. Individual or partner stations working on multi-tasking, BIG movements, balance, strength and getting the heart rate up!

On Wednesdays and Saturdays, instructor-led strength training using free weights is what we do. These are designed for those who want to build strength, and it is a great addition to boot camp workouts!

Tuesdays are reserved for Total Body Conditioning. We work on building endurance, a bit of strength training, balance, and a whole lot of fun!

Thursdays we challenge our bodies with a low impact, high intensity interval workout. This is not only healthy, but it is also a vital component for those with Parkinson’s in order to maintain balance and mobility and to delay the progression of the disease.
