pDNextSteps started in 2015 with a goal to help provide fitness options for people who are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Exercise has been one of the only things proven to slow the progression of Parkinson’s, and that is what we focus on. We saw the potential of what exercise can do for people with Parkinson’s (PWPs).
pDNextSteps offers a safe environment for PWPs and we’ve become an integral part of their daily routine, improving quality of life through exercise. Learn more below.
